  6. The BALLOON.VBX allows you to add a unique balloon help feature to your VB 
  7. application. BALLOON.VBX functions like cartoon speech balloons. Help text 
  8. is displayed in a popup window. Provide help text display for all the 
  9. controls and windows of windows, dialogs and forms.
